Phase I: 64 Townhomes (128 Units Total):
Phase I launched with 64 3-bedroom townhomes, each including a legal secondary suite, totaling 128 rental units. Built to CMHC standards, these homes offer flexible, family-friendly living and strong rental potential. With approvals and servicing in place, Phase I established Secord Crossing as a high-quality, purpose-built rental community.

Phase II: 132 Townhomes (264 Units Total):
Phase II expands the community with 132 additional townhomes, each with a secondary suite, adding 264 more rental units. Fully approved and ready for development, this phase builds on early success and positions Secord Crossing as a major rental hub in West Edmonton.

This phased approach allows builders to move forward confidently, supported by a clear schedule, streamlined approvals, and a committed buyer.
